This year, we are proud to celebrate our company’s 30th anniversary. Thirty years ago, Philippe Dallaire, P. Eng., founder of Dallaire Consultants, had the vision and audacity to embark on an entrepreneurial journey and build a company that would grow over the years while remaining true to deeply rooted human values. Team spirit, close relationships, collaboration, and trust have naturally become part of our identity and continue to guide our evolution.
This important milestone is above all a reflection of the commitment, talent, and trust of the people who have contributed to our journey over the years: our employees, our clients, our partners, and everyone who has been part of this adventure.

We are delighted to welcome you to La Toundra Reception Hall, located in the heart of Parc Jean-Drapeau, for an evening celebrating our company’s 30th anniversary. A magnificient setting for this special milestone.

The evening will feature a cocktail reception with a selection of hot and cold appetizers, carefully prepared for the occasion and thoughtfully selected to delight every palate.
Dietary Restrictions & Allergies
The allergies, dietary restrictions, and special requirements shared during your RSVP have been communicated to our catering team so that the necessary arrangements can be made. However, we kindly ask that you confirm with the catering staff that the hors d’oeuvres being served are suitable for your dietary restrictions before consuming them.
While every reasonable precaution will be taken, Dallaire Consultants cannot guarantee the absence of traces or cross-contamination.

Our reception venue is located on Île Notre-Dame and can be accessed by car, public transit, or bicycle. Please refer to the map below.
The P5 parking lot, located near La Toundra, is available for event guests.
How to get your complementary parking pass:
Upon arrival, please inform the parking attendant that you are attending the Dallaire Consultants event to receive a complimentary parking pass. Display this pass clearly on your vehicle’s dashboard.
⚠️ Important Note: Complimentary parking passes are limited and available on a “first-come, first-served” basis. Once all passes have been distributed, you will be required to pay the standard parking fee directly at the pay station.
The parking lot is outdoors. A payment kiosk is located within the parking area, near the entrance.

If you or a member of your party has reduced mobility or requires accessible access, please notify the organizing committee at the email address provided at the bottom of this page, no later than September 10, 2026, so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

We invite you to choose an elegant and polished outfit while ensuring you remain comfortable so you can fully enjoy the evening.
A self-service coat check will be available throughout the evening for coats and personal belongings.
As the coat check is not supervised, please note that each guest is responsible for retrieving their personal belongings before leaving. Dallaire Consultants assumes no responsibility for any items left in the coat check.
By attending this event, you acknowledge and agree that photographs and videos taken during the event may be used by Dallaire Consultants for promotional and communication purposes.
The health, safety, and well-being of all our guests are our top priority. We encourage you to fully enjoy the evening and to drink responsibly.
If you have been drinking or do not feel fit to drive, we encourage you to plan for a safe transportation option to leave the venue comfortably and safely. A taxi, ride-hailing service, or designated driver are all options to consider.
Please note that the parking lot will be closed as of September 18, and vehicles cannot be left on site after the event. Each guest is responsible for arranging for their vehicle to be removed from the premises on the evening of September 17. Dallaire Consultants cannot be held responsible for any vehicles left on site.
