UAP is Canada’s leading distributor and marketer of automotive parts and replacement accessories for cars and heavy vehicles. Our client wanted to demonstrate its commitment to the environment through its building. UAP is the 1st office building in Canada to obtain Zero Carbon Building (ZCB)-Design v3 certification. The mandate consisted of renovating the 50-year-old head office, involving :

• Conversion of a portion of the warehouse into office space
• 10,500 m2 of ground floor office space
• 8,500 m2 of offices on the second floor
• 7,900 m2 of warehouse space on the ground floor
