The project involved the construction of a new 4,250 sq. ft. building for EXO’s Châteauguay terminus service centre.
This centre offers a range of services and facilities for its users. We developed the areas around the Châteauguay car park to make it easier to access and more comfortable for visitors. The building includes a rest room, several washrooms, a ticket office, technical rooms and offices.
Our assessment of professional services for this project includes mechanical and electrical disciplines, specifically for the installation of the fire alarm systems. Taking these disciplines into account ensures a secure, standards-compliant infrastructure that is optimised for the needs of users of EXO’s Châteauguay terminus.
The aim of this project was to improve the efficiency and comfort of public transport waiting areas for all residents and visitors to Châteauguay.
