We provided a comprehensive electromechanical and fire protection design for this project combining 25,000 sq ft of office space and 89,000 sq ft of warehouse space.

Our work aimed to optimise energy efficiency while ensuring precise control of temperature and air quality. We integrated CO2 sensors and implemented a real-time responsive system based on occupancy to ensure optimal and cost-effective environmental conditions.

This project required meticulous technical management and strong electromechanical expertise. We successfully addressed the specific challenges of this type of installation, focusing on sustainability, safety and operational performance.
