MARKET PHASES 1 TO 5

The complex consists of two condominium buildings and two apartment buildings, skilfully designed to encourage social interaction and the sharing of common spaces among residents. Approximately 75,000 square feet are dedicated to communal areas, including a gymnasium, two swimming pools (one for the condominiums and one for the apartments), locker rooms with showers, and common areas. This unique approach promotes a sense of community and creates an atmosphere of belonging within the complex.

Developed in five phases, the project comprises more than 600 residential units in buildings ranging from 12 to 16 storeys.

Our expertise in electromechanical engineering has been crucial in ensuring the proper functioning of systems essential to the daily lives of residents, such as power, heating, ventilation and plumbing.

In addition, our project management skills were instrumental in efficiently coordinating the various electromechanical development phases to ensure the overall success of the project.
