This project is one of our large-scale endeavors, involving the construction of a real estate complex comprising over 900 units. The complex will consist of three distinct buildings, each offering a unique and tailored living environment for its residents.
At the heart of this project is a 14-story building specifically designed to accommodate seniors, providing a secure and comfortable environment. Adjacent to it, 16-story building houses modern condominiums, offering a sought-after urban lifestyle. Finally, a 14- story building offers spacious and functional apartments, meeting the needs of families and young professionals.

The emphasis in this complex is on communal spaces, fostering a sense of community among residents of the three buildings. These carefully designed spaces include facilities such as a gym, a covered pool under an outdoor glass canopy, changing rooms with showers, a cinema, versatile community rooms, and even a cafeteria for social gatherings.
