We were delighted to be involved in this major project, the electro-mechanical layout of a new seniors’ residence comprising some 400 units. The complex features two elegant towers, 16 and 26 storeys respectively, and a 6-storey base.

Beyond its impressive heights, this residence offers a complete and comfortable living environment, complete with amenities. Three levels of parking guarantee residents easy access to their vehicles, while the first floor, dedicated to common spaces, will be a place for lively gatherings and sharing.

In addition to the usual amenities, such as an indoor pool for relaxation, our team will offer innovative solutions, such as a self-service electric car system, integrated into the building’s electro-mechanical infrastructure. Similarly, a professional kitchen area will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology to meet the most demanding culinary needs.
