During our recent intervention at the building located at 10000 Ray Lawson Street in Montreal, our team of electrical and mechanical engineers orchestrated significant modifications to facilitate the flow of delivery trucks inside the building and optimize logistical operations.
Among the undertaken tasks, we implemented precise adjustments to the exterior lighting to ensure optimal visibility during maneuvers. The installation of three new garage doors, the revision of gas heating systems, and the strategic relocation of an extraction fan were executed with precision to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Furthermore, our team supervised the relocation of a staircase and the demolition of a portion of the existing mezzanine (approximately 5000 sq. ft.), while adapting lighting and heating systems accordingly. The addition of swing arm lights and the installation of rooftop generators demonstrate our commitment to addressing the specific needs of this project with ingenuity through our expertise.
