IMPÉRIA

This construction project concerns a multifunctional real estate complex. It includes the creation of a building housing around 220 condos, a restaurant, a gym and an urban chalet, with a gross floor area of around 120,000 square feet.

At the heart of this challenge were complex technical aspects, including the design of a bold cantilever over the Imperial Cinema. This architectural decision created some exciting technical challenges.

The building communicates with the existing Cinéma Impérial, which required particularly close coordination with the Régie du bâtiment du Québec to ensure compliance with standards for communicating buildings, a crucial aspect given the direct connection between the two structures.
