ALTER EGO PHASE I & II

We had the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the construction project of the new building on the river in Brossard, called “AlterEGO.” With our cutting-edge expertise, we led the electromechanical design and construction management of this innovative complex.

Counting over 310 rental units spread across two 15-story buildings, this residential development offers modern and luxurious living spaces covering more than 150,000 sq ft. We also designed systems for a state-of-the-art fitness room and a pool for the residents’ well-being.

Specialized in electromechanics, we took on the challenge of designing an efficient and sustainable ventilation, heating, and cooling system for such a complex. Our engineers worked tirelessly to optimize the energy performance of the building, ensuring optimal comfort while reducing the carbon footprint.

With a gross above-ground construction area exceeding 330,000 square feet and two underground parking levels covering more than 165,000 square feet, our company successfully orchestrated a large-scale project, showcasing our expertise. In collaboration with our partners, we brought an ambitious vision to life, offering the Brossard community a new symbol of progress and modernity.
