Thirty years of projects, challenges, growth, and collaboration. Thirty years of growing our company, developing our expertise, and evolving alongside our industry, while staying true to what matters most to us: close relationships, trust, and the human side of our work.
To mark this anniversary, we had the pleasure of bringing together our team, clients, and partners at Parc Jean-Drapeau for an evening celebrating the journey we have shared, but above all, the people who helped shape it.
A Story Built by People
Since 1996, Dallaire Consultants has evolved alongside the projects and challenges of our industry. Over the years, our team has grown, our expertise has expanded, and the way we work has evolved. From around a dozen employees in the early days, the company now brings together nearly 30 people with diverse generations, experiences, and areas of expertise.
This growth has also happened from within. Over the years, several employees have grown with the company and gone on to become partners, contributing to its continued development and evolution. Today, several members of our team have been with the company for more than 10 years which reflects of the strong relationships that are built and strengthened over time.
But our story is not only about the evolution of our team. It is also shaped by the people around us: employees who bring their expertise and commitment to every project, clients who place their trust in us, and partners with whom we share our expertise and work toward a common goal.
It is this human connection that gives meaning to our journey.
30 Years of Projects and Growth
Over the past three decades, we have had the opportunity to contribute to increasingly diverse projects and take on new challenges in an ever-changing industry.
Since its creation in 1996, Dallaire Consultants has continued to expand its expertise and diversify the sectors we serve. From retail to institutional, industrial, and municipal projects, our practice has evolved through the projects we have delivered, including the integration of BIM and Revit, as well as the addition of services such as integrated systems compliant with CAN/ULC-S1001, energy efficiency, and sustainable development.
This evolution can be seen in the diversity of projects we have worked on over the years. From large-scale residential developments such as MARKET, developed in five phases and comprising more than 600 units, to institutional and municipal projects such as CISSS de la Montérégie-Centre and Espace des Bâtisseurs (the Varennes Multifunctional Centre), our expertise has allowed us to respond to a wide range of needs and environments.
Large-scale projects such as Royalmount demonstrate our ability to take on complex projects of significant scale, even within very tight timelines.
Other projects, such as the Montreal headquarters of United Auto Parts (UAP), certified BCZ-Design v3, reflect different needs, including environments that combine office and industrial spaces.
More recently, the acquisition of Gécyco in 2024 marked another step in our evolution, allowing Dallaire Consultants to continue growing and expand its expertise, particularly in the healthcare and public infrastructure sectors.
Every project challenges us to strive for excellence through rigorous technical expertise, tailored solutions, and close collaboration. By listening, working closely with our clients and partners, and building relationships based on trust, we aim to create lasting projects and lasting relationships.
